About Becca

A Slower Path to Becoming.

My path into this work was not linear.

Over time, I realized that meaningful change does not come from fixing or forcing. It grows in environments that are steady, attentive, and honest.

Horses became a powerful teacher in that process. Through equine-assisted coaching, I witnessed how quickly patterns surface when we are invited into real-time awareness.

That understanding shapes how I facilitate experiential coaching sessions today.

The Work

The Work I Hold

Today, I support individuals, families, and partner organizations in strengthening communication and navigating seasons of transition through equine-integrated coaching and experiential facilitation.

I am a Certified Equus Coach and Master Equus Coach-in-Training through an ICF-accredited program, The Center For Equus Coaching.

My training integrates:

  • Experiential learning methodologies

  • Equine-assisted coaching principles

  • Relational leadership frameworks

  • Emotional awareness and communication development

My approach is grounded and relational while maintaining clarity and professionalism.

I work with individuals, families, and organizations seeking steady support during seasons that require meaningful growth.

The Life I'm Building

Outside of sessions.

Outside of coaching, you will often find me outdoors with my family, hiking and camping. It is what helps me slow down. Time seems to pause when I am connected to nature and the people I love.

You will also often find me in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. Feeding people is one of my love languages, and I cherish creating spaces where connection can deepen.

I love to groove to some funky house music. There is something liberating about moving your body, no matter how dorky you might feel.

One of my quiet pleasures is listening to an audiobook while reading along, a warm cup of tea in hand. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of nighttime reading with my parents. Now, as a parent, I understand how weary they may have been, yet they protected that simple rhythm. It shaped me more than I realized. Today, I carry that same evening ritual forward with my own child.

I am also the founder of Revival Ranch, an experiential space dedicated to immersive, family-centered relational work.
